Following on from my Batman image I wanted to Create a companion piece of Superman, the last son of Krypton, in the dark of night but still imbuing the hope and light that his character projects.
The Max Fleischer cartoons offered up a beautifully imagined take on Metropolis, frequently underlit by the glitzy city lights which have often served as inspiration.
